Render the floorplan from config

The room drawn from the numbers on the setup screen. The top table sits apart from the rest, because it is not the same kind of table.

Acceptance criteria

• Grid generated from config, not fixed. Five tables and twenty-seven both render
• Top table rendered distinctly and positioned above the round tables
• Each table shows its number, its occupancy against its capacity, and its guests where space allows
• Four table states, each with a shape and not only a colour: empty, has a pin, in violation, full
• Header line shows the scenario, guest count, seat count, pinned count and unseated count
