Say what the plan did, in words

The violations panel says what is wrong with a plan. The score says how close it is to right. Nothing says what the plan actually did, or why anybody is where they are.

A couple reading a finished plan cannot ask why the Nairs ended up on separate tables, or what it cost to keep the university lot together, or which of the things they asked for did not survive.

What makes it interesting

The engine already knows. Every rule reports what it checked and what it missed, auto-allocate knows which placements it made and which it could not, and the score knows which dimensions are carrying the loss. The material is all there. Nothing turns it into a sentence somebody would read.

KB-5's Words section is what makes this hard rather than easy. An explanation that reads like a log is not an explanation, and one that reads like an apology is worse.

Worth having an answer to before you start. Whether this explains the whole plan, one table, or one guest. What it says about a plan with nothing wrong, given "nothing is blocking this plan" is already the words for that and saying it twice is not an explanation. And whether it explains the plan in front of somebody or the decisions that produced it, which are not the same account.

The criteria are yours

There are none in this ticket on purpose. Plan it with the planner first, against KB-2 and KB-5, and bring the criteria back before you write anything.
