Acceptance criteria

• Columns: name, side, role, tags, needs. Needs shows allergies and accessibility only
• Search filters by name or tag
• Summary line shows guest count broken down by side, plus a count of anyone with a need, and recalculates live
• Dense rows with hairline separators. No cards
• Row actions to edit and remove
• Empty state names the space in one line and routes back to the scenarios on Setup
